Balearic Islands:

  • Shipping 4-7 business days: €25

General shipping information

  • Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, except holidays, before 6:00 p.m.

  • Currently we do not ship to the following regions: Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla

  • The shipping cost may vary depending on the transport rate and the country

  • In extraordinary offers such as promotions, sales or Christmas, the products may be delivered from 7 to 15 working days, as well as we reserve the right to change the conditions of purchase and shipping.

  • ARCH MAX is not responsible for taxes or customs charges on international shipments

CHANGES AND RETURNS

    • ARCh MAX offers you the possibility of returning your purchase within 7 business days following the confirmation of product delivery.

    • Logistical expenses originating from the return will be borne by ARCh MAX GLOBAL S.L. if it is a logistical error, if it is not a logistical error, the freight will be borne by the customer.

  • Once we receive the return shipment, our staff will verify that everything is in the same conditions in which it was sent and the value of the returned products will be refunded within 15 business days of confirmation, all of this according to the payment method you have chosen when making your purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Personalized or made-to-measure products have no guarantee of exchanges or returns
